ZETA STUDIOS has implemented an Internal Information System in compliance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, which regulates the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption. The purpose of this tool is to provide employees, customers, collaborators, suppliers and other third parties with whom the organisation has a relationship with a means of communicating, confidentially and/or anonymously, possible breaches or violations of the organisation's internal rules, as well as any infringement or omission that may be known and that may constitute a violation of European Union law or its financial interests or criminal or administrative offences under Spanish law.

Here you will find the Internal Information System Policy, which reflects the principles governing the ZETA STUDIOS reporting channel, including the guarantee of confidentiality of communications and the prohibition of reprisals of any kind. It guarantees the anonymity—if desired—of the whistleblower and any other third party who is or may be mentioned and/or involved in the communication, in the actions taken as a result of it, and in its processing. It guarantees the right to honour and the presumption of innocence, among other things.

You can also consult the Communications Management Procedure , which establishes the necessary provisions for the reporting channel to comply with the requirements set out in Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption. Reports will be processed in accordance with the provisions of this Procedure.

You may also report any irregularity or infringement you consider appropriate to the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (A.I.P.I.); to the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia, the Andalusian Anti-Fraud Office, the Galician Whistleblower Protection Authority, and any other relevant regional authority. Where appropriate, you may also report it to the relevant EU institutions, bodies or agencies (e.g. the National Anti-Fraud Coordination Service or the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) channel).
